Terms and Conditions - Traders

Please make sure to read all terms and conditions before confirming your booking with us.

  • Your participation is only secured once full payment has been received. We do not accept instalments or partial payments under any circumstances.

    Once payment has been made, your booking is confirmed and cannot be refunded, transferred, exchanged, or moved to another date. This applies in all situations.

    If you are unable to attend for any reason, including illness, travel disruption, weather, or personal circumstances, we unfortunately cannot transfer your space to another event and no refund will be issued.

  • You must have valid Public Liability insurnace in order to take part in our markets. You can source this online for relatively cheap, but do let us know if you have any issues.

    You are solely responsible for ensuring your products comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to remove you from the event immediately, without refund, if your products are found to be non-compliant.

    By applying, you confirm that:

    Your products are original and do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.

    Your products are accurately described (e.g. items sold as vintage must genuinely qualify as vintage).

  • Each booking includes one table only, supplied by us where applicable. Table sizes may vary depending on the venue. While most are approximately 70cm x 140cm, sizes cannot be guaranteed. Additional tables or large equipment cannot be accommodated. We may require you to remove any unauthorised items.

    If you need other equiptment, such as a clothing rail, you must supply this yourself and have full permission from us before set up.

    All equipment provided must be checked by you before use. Any safety concerns must be reported immediately on the day of the event. We accept no liability for equipment once in use.

    You may store additional stock under your table provided it is tidy and does not create a trip hazard. Items causing obstruction must be moved.

    Nothing may be fixed, nailed, taped, or attached to venue walls or structures. Any damage caused will be chargeable.

    You must leave your space clean, tidy, and cleared of rubbish by the agreed pack-down time. You are responsible for disposing of your own waste.

  • Due to both capacity and health and safety considerations:

    No babies, children, or dogs are permitted behind stalls at any time (including set-up and pack-down).

    Any assistants must be aged 18 or over.

    A maximum of two people (you plus one assistant) may operate each stall.

    If you arrive too late to set up before opening, we reserve the right to refuse entry.

  • We do not supply card machines or payment terminals. If you intend to accept card payments, you must provide your own device.

    WiFi is not guaranteed at any venue. You must be prepared to hotspot from your phone or accept alternative payment methods. It is your responsibility to confirm successful payment before completing a transaction. We accept no responsibility for failed payments.

    We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to stock or equipment during the event. Any claims must be made through your own insurer.

  • Vendors selling food or drink must provide evidence of a current 4-star (or higher) Food Hygiene Rating from the Food Standards Agency. Failure to provide this in advance will result in cancellation of your space without refund.

    All food and drink vendors must:

    • Clearly display allergen information.

    • Inform customers of potential allergens before serving.

    • Have a full allergen list available at the stall.

  • If you have a health condition that may affect you during the event, please inform us in advance so we can discuss reasonable adjustments.

    Our markets may include food vendors, alcohol and heavy equipment. You are responsible for taking appropriate precautions regarding allergens or sensitivities.

  • The layout and positioning of stalls is determined solely by us and is final, if you have a preference to be next to a friend, please let us know on application.

    Spaces are primarily allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Certain placements may be arranged based on operational requirements (e.g. access to power).

    Participation in one event does not guarantee acceptance at future markets. A new application is required for each event.

    Parking is not guaranteed at any venue, information will be sent out prior to the event.

    If the event must be cancelled for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any associated losses. We reserve the right to reschedule the event.

  • All stallholders are expected to behave respectfully toward organisers, fellow traders, venue staff, and customers. Inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal without refund.

    By providing images, videos, or promotional material to us, you confirm you have the right to use and share this content. We reserve the right to remove any content that may infringe third-party rights.

    All events will be photographed and/or filmed. If you do not consent to being photographed, please inform us of this prior to the event.

Terms and Conditions - Customers

  • We act solely as the event organiser and marketplace host. We do not inspect, approve, or control the products sold by stallholders.

    We are not party to transactions between buyers and sellers and do not:

    • Guarantee product quality, safety, or legality

    • Verify product descriptions

    • Guarantee payment or delivery

    • Handle returns or disputes

    Any issues regarding purchases must be raised directly with the seller. We accept no responsibility for products, food, or beverages sold at the market.

  • Our events can be busy and operate within strict venue capacity limits. You may need to queue for entry. Joining a queue does not guarantee admission, as entry may close once capacity is reached.

    If you have an accessibility need and there is a queue, please make yourself known to staff and present relevant identification (such as an Access Card or Disability Card), and you will be prioritised.

  • If you require step-free access or have specific accessibility questions, please contact us in advance so we can assist. Venue websites may also provide additional accessibility details.

    Please note that many venues are busy and may not be suitable for prams. Designated buggy parking is not available.

  • Markets may include food vendors handling allergens and alcohol sales.

    If you have allergies, it is your responsibility to check directly with vendors before consuming products. Food vendors operate in shared kitchen environments where allergens may be present.

  • All customers are expected to behave respectfully towards market traders, venue staff, and other customers. Innapropriate behavour may result in removal.
